Will and everyone over at Western Carpet knocked it out of the park! I went to them with a somewhat rough and rushed order, after one of the big-name places left me hanging…They were able to get the carpet I wanted, scheduled installation suprisingly fast and then the install went very smoothly. Quality of carpet and work is top notch too. I would recommend this company to anyone and will probably be calling them again for future work.
I'm so pleased to have had my stairs and total upstairs carpet installed by Western Carpet Center. I was impressed with the depth of knowledge, variety of choices and customer service. COVID threw everyone for a loop when it hit and I was just about to have my installation done when we went into Quarantine. Dave Schultze couldn't have been nicer leaving installation open to whenever we were comfortable letting installers into our home. No pressure, no hassle... Just patience and total support. All in all I feel like I got great value and also the perfect carpet for our needs. Installation went without a hitch and the installers did an artistic job of fitting everything perfectly. Clearly they take pride in their work. I'm happy to leave this 5 star review.
